Tatarstan’s marketplace is the first in the pilot project to establish bonded warehouses physically based at the logistics mail center in Kazan.

The project gets underway on April 01, 2023.

The Agreement was signed at the Eastern Economic Forum. Direct import and export container services are on the roadmap of the Government of the Republic and FESCO.

The first container train with the Asian Pacific goods under the new Fesco Kazan Shuttle regular service got off the starting blocks from Vladivostok to Kazan.

It also offers the option for the Terminal Logistics Center to be created in Tatarstan.

Meeting with the leadership of the Republic of Tatarstan on the planned launch of the Terminal and Logistics Complex Project on the territory of the Sviyazhsk trans-regional multimodal logistics center (SIMMLC) in partnership with OOO Modul.


The total volume of planned investments is 1.5 billion rubles.
The project delivery time is 2 years.
The area of the complex is 12.5 hectares.
The Project capacity is 70.000 TEU.
A fully implemented project will allow servicing up to 50 container trains per month (cargo turnover is 60 thousand tons/month).

Within the framework of the Russia-wide conference on e-commerce and integrated services, organized in partnership with “Volga-Dnepr” Group of Companies, 5 cooperation agreements have been signed between PAO AK BARS BANK and the major players of the e-commerce and logistics spheres - WildBerries, KazanExpress, “Delovyye Linii” Group of Companies, DPD and PickPoint in terms of joint development of the FinTech direction.
